Haluk Uygur
- EFIAPHaluk Uygur was born in culture and art city Adana. He worked as the president of Adana Art Photography Club and vice president of Turkish Art Photography Federation. He wrote travelling articles to many national newspapers. He won a lot of honorable awards about art. He is the author of a lot of books about travel, art and photography. He is a medical doctor.

I know that all stories need photographs. I know that each photograph has a story. I want to tell you stories with my photographs. Or perhaps they will tell you their own stories.
